AIR ITALY EGYPT

Air Italy Egypt, also known as Euromediterranean Airlines flies the Egyptian flag and has been operative since 1st March 2007 with operating base in Cairo and at the main seaside resorts on the Red Sea - Sharm El Sheikh and Hurghada.

Air Italy SPA is the majority shareholder while local professional businessmen in the sector have minority holdings. The airline currently operates an average of 10 flights a week, connecting the best known Egyptian tourist destinations with Italy, France, Germany, Poland and Spain on behalf of the main European Tour Operators.

The fleet currently comprises Boeing 757-200 ERs with 220 seats in all-economy configuration. A new last-generation Boeing 737-800 Winglet with 186 seats stationed directly at Sharm El Sheikh will become part of the fleet in November 2009, while in February 2010 another Boeing 737-800 Winglet will be stationed directly at Marsa Alam so that also the “minor” airports of Europe can be connected to this constantly evolving new seaside resort.

AIR ITALY POLSKA

Air Italy Polska is a leading charter airline in Poland in the short, medium and long-haul leisure flight market with a fleet of Boeing 757-200 ERs, which will be joined in the summer of 2010 by 2 new last-generation Boeing 737-800 Winglet.

The airline operates with AEI code from its bases in Warsaw, Katowice, Gdansk, Poznan and Wroclaw at the service of the main Polish Tour Operators, who from the very beginning have truly appreciated the Air Italy Polska services thus contributing to the company’s fast but healthy development.

Air Italy Polska operates in compliance with the highest international safety standards and owes its leadership on the market to the high levels of flight punctuality and quality of the services, which are the keys to success on a relatively recent yet by no means less demanding tourist market.
