At Air Italy we consider our scheduled flights that take off within 15 minutes of their estimated departure time as being punctual; our data are all taken meticulously from the logbook written out by the pilots for each flight and are then processed and checked internally.

We make no exceptions for bad weather, intense air traffic, difficulties caused by suppliers, extraordinary maintenance, delays due to previous flights or any other type of unforeseen event calculating punctuality... for us being punctual means being punctual and that’s it, no exceptions!
